Delivery Terms

1. Delivery territory
The online store Duuna.lv provides delivery of goods within the territory of Latvia. The availability and cost of delivery to a specific address are determined during checkout.
2. Delivery methods and costs

The exact delivery cost is calculated and shown in the cart before the order is confirmed, depending on the size and weight of the goods and the delivery address.
3. Delivery times
The stated delivery times are indicative and are counted from the moment the order is confirmed and payment is received. If the goods are in stock, delivery is usually made within 2–5 business days.
For goods that are made to order or delivered from the manufacturer, the delivery time is stated separately in the product description or the order confirmation and may be longer.
The Seller informs the Buyer if the delivery time changes for objective reasons (for example, a manufacturer delay or transport disruptions).
4. Specifics of delivering large furniture
As furniture is a large-format item, please note the following:
- Before ordering, make sure the item fits, by its dimensions, through doors, the stairwell, the lift and into the intended room;
- Standard delivery is made to the building entrance (ground floor). Carrying items to higher floors, assembly or removal of packaging may be a paid service that can be arranged in advance by contacting us;
- The Buyer must ensure access to the delivery address and, if necessary, a person to accept the shipment at the agreed time;
- If delivery is not possible due to the Buyer’s absence or incorrectly provided information, the cost of repeat delivery may be charged additionally.
5. Inspection of goods on receipt
When receiving the shipment, the Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging is visibly damaged:
- make a note of the damage in the delivery documents (courier waybill), or
- refuse to accept the shipment and inform us immediately.
We recommend photographing the damaged packaging and the goods. Please report any hidden transport damage that was not noticeable on receipt within 48 hours of receiving the goods by writing to info@duuna.lv.
6. Assembly
If goods are delivered unassembled (flat-pack), assembly instructions are included with the item. A furniture assembly service can be arranged in advance by contacting us at info@duuna.lv or by phone at +371 27088885.
7. Ownership and risk
Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer after full payment is made. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer at the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer (except a carrier chosen by the Buyer).
